Before finalizing the purchase of any item, please consult our terms and conditions of sale. By purchasing any item, you are fully agreeing to our policy.
The purchase will be subject to availability of tickets at the time of booking and approval of your credit card by the operator.
Our unit prices are subject to change without notice. Prices vary according to the exchange rates. The increase in demand may lead to reduced supply and occasional promotions.
Tickets are sold as part of our service packages.
No refund will be applied to items that are not withdrawn or for unused services. We are not responsible for cancellations due to any reason, for example for health, personal or any other reason such as travel or visa restrictions and so on.
Prices online may be lower than prices you paid for an item or service. Values may vary according to offer and demand of the market.
In case of cancellation of the event by the production, only the nominal value (face value) of the ticket will be refunded, since all services will already be contracted and paid for the event.
Check your order details (event, day, time, quantity and industry) carefully before confirming your purchase. Your ticket is a unique product, that is, after the purchase, it will no longer be available for sale and you will not be able to change or return the ticket. You can give up on the purchase until 07 days after the acquisition according to Consumer’s Code Article 49.
We reserve the right to offer an up-grade in your purchased package. For whatever reason, if the item you purchased is not available for delivery we guarantee you a better seat at no additional cost. You can accept it or not. If it is not accepted, your purchase will be canceled and the amount paid will be fully refunded.
The security of your data is our primary concern. By purchasing on our site, you are protected by PagSeguro, which allows the transmission of data through an encrypted connection and also the verification of the authenticity of the server through digital certificates. Therefore, we do not store your credit card details.
The event may be filmed, recorded and photographed for posterior publication, transmission, retransmission, reproduction and/or disclosure on television, cinema, radio, internet, publicity in general and any other communication vehicle, CD, DVD and home video production. By participating on the event you agree and authorise the free use of your image, your name and your voice, on the terms mentioned, in Brazil and abroad, with unlimited frequency and time, which is not a feature to misuse of image or any other right and in that usage may not occur in any burden and/or compensation. Your attendance to the event implies on the unconditional acceptance of the terms above.
By purchasing the ticket the client declares that he or she knows and accepts the terms above.
